“I did placed an order and after one month the order was not delivered. Contacted the customer service by phone twice and they never came back to me with an update. At the end I managed to have a refund through PayPal. NOT RECOMMENDED”

“Lamp was red for about first 3 hours of use and then it gave off orange light. After about total use of no more than 12 hours it’s a yellow orange. Given the price am disappointed. The only good thing is that it’s still working.”
“I ordered 3 candle bulbs, they arrived on time. one of the bulbs was smashed to bits but the other 2 was okay. The packaging was NOT| marked fragile and was wrapped with one layer of bubble wrap. A small outer box rather than a jiffy type packet would have help.”
“I received the wrong bulbs, and when I rang to point this out, I was asked to send a picture of the incorrect bulbs, which I did. I was told that the correct bulbs would be sent, together with an emailed returns note so that I could send back the wrong ones. Despite two phone calls since then, I am still waiting for the correct bulbs. I placed the order in the 12.2.24, and it is now the 5.3.24. Very disappointed.”
“The bulbs arrived in good condition and work fine. We were seriously overcharged for post and packing though, and if I had looked on-line a bit further I'd have got a much better deal. When we need more of these, we will look for a much lower p&p price either from this vendor or elsewhere. I have since found a source that charges a much more reasonable price.”
“The lights are stil packed as they will be for a new kithcen which will not be fit until June and we hope they look as amazing as they do int he box. A little worried the 5 light might be a bit big, but we wont know until we come to fit.”
“After making a mistake with the color of a light and having to return it, after almost a month, I am still having to call up to chase for a refund. Every call I get told customer services will call finance to check what is happening and they will let me know. Every week I have to call back to chase. Time consuming and not helpful and still out of pocket.”
