“I received my order of five lightbulbs promptly but when trying to replace one, a bulb broke away from the metal part. I emailed Mark at the company immediately, explaining the situation and asking for a replacement bulb to be sent. To this date (3/3/25) I have never received a reply.”

Advertised as providing item within 3 days took over a fortnight and no response to my emails or phone calls. I was about to do charge back as I thought it was a scam by this time. No customer service at all and looks likely that I'll not get my money back. It's a shame as I would have used them again. Very disappointing. Don't purchase anything from this company. “Purchased my crystal pendant light in September 2024. It looked like it was in stock so I ordered and paid for it. After not receiving it for some time I rang them and they apologised and said it would be arriving on the next shipment which it did. Better communication from the company about orders needs to be a priority. It’s taken time to get the light fitted but it looks stunning so I am very happy with my purchase.”
