“Poor service, I paid 10 pounds for next working day delivery, it was a day late, contacted customer service to see when it would be despatched because I hadn’t even been told they had sent it , no response nearly 2 days asked for my next working day delivery charge to be refunded, blanked item arrived it’s the wrong color, no about to try attempt a return wish me luck”

“The delivery of my two LED lights was prompt and they came very well packaged. I had to contact the shop because the little lights turned out not to be dimmable contrary to what it said on the website. They were very friendly and reverted by saying they're not dimmable indeed. They offered for me to return them which I didn't do in the end as I wanted to keep one nonetheless, and one I gave away. I just hope they adjusted their website information.”
“The bulbs didn't arrive the next day even though I paid for a 24 hour service. They were a different make to the ones illustrated on the website. On the packaging it stated " Not for using at home", so I wrote to them to re-assure myself before fitting the bulbs but never got a response.”
