“I received the wrong bulbs, and when I rang to point this out, I was asked to send a picture of the incorrect bulbs, which I did. I was told that the correct bulbs would be sent, together with an emailed returns note so that I could send back the wrong ones. Despite two phone calls since then, I am still waiting for the correct bulbs. I placed the order in the 12.2.24, and it is now the 5.3.24. Very disappointed.”
“The bulbs arrived in good condition and work fine. We were seriously overcharged for post and packing though, and if I had looked on-line a bit further I'd have got a much better deal. When we need more of these, we will look for a much lower p&p price either from this vendor or elsewhere. I have since found a source that charges a much more reasonable price.”
“The lights are stil packed as they will be for a new kithcen which will not be fit until June and we hope they look as amazing as they do int he box. A little worried the 5 light might be a bit big, but we wont know until we come to fit.”
“After making a mistake with the color of a light and having to return it, after almost a month, I am still having to call up to chase for a refund. Every call I get told customer services will call finance to check what is happening and they will let me know. Every week I have to call back to chase. Time consuming and not helpful and still out of pocket.”

“Avoid this company. Item arrived very quickly but was faulty as it had defects on the light shade. Item was sent back & signed for on 3rd Jan & I’m still waiting for my refund. I’ve spoken to them 3 times & keep getting told they have chased their accounts team but they never follow up. Not sure if I’ll ever see my refund & I am reporting them to trading standards.”
“They had a replacement for two broken old light fittings that were out of stock elsewhere. The price was good and it was delivered only a day or two later. The light fittings were made of plaster, and despite being in bubble wrap and plastic peanuts in a box inside another padded box, one of them was broken. Easy to get hold of, and they sent out a replacement the next day, which had even more padding and was intact.
Good price, prompt service, and really excellent customer care. Would definately buy from them again”
“Nice looking lamp, supplied without bulb.
When attaching to the wall, two more holes had be drilled into the back plate. If this hadnt been done the mirror, being very heavy, was very wobbly.”
