Thank you for your inaccurate review. It appears that you mistakenly ordered the incorrect shade, as the product you were trying to purchase has two options. Furthermore, you falsely claimed that you did not receive a replacement, however the parcel delivery image shows confirmation with the same name as your order. “Purchased 4 ceiling lights at a reasonable price. As we had not purchased lighting via internet before, we did find negotiating site to identify the lights and pendant fittings a little complicated but eventually found complete units rather than lamp shades and separate pendant fittings and kept our fingers crossed we had chosen correctly. The units arrived promptly, very well packaged and in good order. Very pleased with our choices.”
