“I ordered candle holder on 11 March and paid express delivery of £6.95. Was told dispatched 3 days later. Contacted parcelforce who were the couriers and was advised they hadn’t even received item yet. Emailed company 3 times no reply. Called and left 2 message’s no reply. Eventually got a gentleman yesterday who said he would check this out for me and he’s called this morning to say I’ll receive it on Friday almost 2 weeks since I ordered it.
No customer care at all. I thought they could have a least refunded delivery charge since it’s only coming from England to Scotland. Let’s see if it even arrives.”

“Our order of 27th Feb did not arrive in 2-3 days as stated in your advertising, on the 9th March I contacted your-selves via the chat line on the web-site. I can only assume that it had been over looked as after 5mins the order was available for delivery and arrived on the 13th.
One of the lights did not have the mounting bracket fitted and again I contacted your-selves via the web-site and was told that you would contact the supplier and have a bracket posted to me, as of today 22-03-23 it has not arrived”

“I ordered a picture light before Christmas and it had to be returned due to a faulty switch on it. We returned the item in January and asked for it to be replaced with another. We waited and waited, hte replacement never came. Eventually, I ordered another myself. This came quickly as did the previous order. However it has taken until March to sort out the refund. Endless phone calls about the replacement product and the refund. Terrible customer service and as we are doing up our house I might have been interested in ordering other items. I afraid I would not take the risk again.”
“We bought a very expensive German light from a local company. It has 18 individual globe shades. Someone broke one & didn’t let on, I didn’t know it was smashed until I came to dust the light.
I knew if I went to the local company they’d charge me a small fortune.
So, I spent about 2 hours searching for the same light. I found a similar one on this website, & for £10 I took a chance & bought 1.
