“Ordered 3 matching shades in 2 different sizes. The larger shade had 3 marks on it and was not suitable for a ceiling fitting as per the description. After 10 days of chasing I received a refund for the shade but less postage fees as my order fell below their £75 free P&P threshold. It was not my fault that their product was not as described and damaged. Thankfully PayPal have sorted this dispute but I would not recommend this company.”
