“Absolutely rubbish customer service. Paid £10 for next day delivery. They sent me the wrong item. I chased them for 1 week before they finally sent me a return QR code. I was never contacted when they actually received the returned item. I had to chase for nearly 1 week for a refund. When they finally refunded me they deducted the £10 delivery fee when they sent me the wrong item in the first place. Absolute madness, I would not recommend this company.”
“The Robin is a great light, smaller than expected and a joy to install (professional electrician). Phillips have thought about the installer. My only issue was the packing, some kind of blue polystyrene chips, reacted to the old lights, melting against the surface. I suggest this packing is reviewed.”
“Bought a mirror which was very expensive but broken on arrival. Having so much trouble in arranging collection and refund. I will not be purchasing from this company in the future and would certainly not recommend others do either. Very disappointing.”
“Super fast delivery. The lighting looks amazing and have had so many compliments already. I was able to easily adjust the heights and had an electrician install it into the ceiling. Not all the lights were working properly at first but we realised we got the wrong bulbs and have had no problems ever since we changed them for the correct ones.”
“I sent the attached email on 29th July
received my order, but when I put the lights in next to my other lights they are not cool white. When I was ordering them I asked what tone they were and was told cool white. As you can see in the attached picture they are a different tone.
So, alas they are not fit for my purpose.
I chased on 5th August, but have not received a reply”
“Very happy with the light fitting, although it is not up yet, if looks good seems to be very good quality for the price and I'm sure will look great whew it is fitted. Came extremely well packaged so absolutely no damage to either item or the box. It was later
than expected but I think this has far more to do with the delivery company than the vendor. Overall I would use this company again.”
