“The people I spoke with (email and phone) about this order have been excellent. There was a long lead in to delivery and I was told of this as soon as I placed the order. I was given the option of waiting or cancelling. All that followed was smooth and, most important for me, friendly. Delivery was excellent also.”

“Trying to carry out building work during lockdown proved a challenge unable to visit showrooms and some companies not even available on the phone. not so The Fireplace Company great advice over the phone then I ordered on line which was simple and straightforward delivery prompt and happened as they said it would all told excellent service and very competitive prices”
