“Cheapest we could find. Item in stock. Easy purchase with good communication about delivery. Carrier rang us to arrange delivery. Used a proper carrier that looked after the box. Sent on a pallet. Item in perfect condition. No reservations about recommending 100%.”

“The company were nice and easy to deal with. We our chosen panoramic fire, it was delivered and arrived in time, packaging was excellent too. This we fitted ourselves after designing and building a suitable fire surround. It looks amazing and the heater is a great addition to our central heating. Great on chilly evenings.”

“I had a specific electric log burner in mind and the fire place company came up as one of the top results on google when searching for it. I’ll be honest and admit the reason I chose to purchase from them was simply that the price was lower than other sites that came up in my simplistic google search, but they despatched & delivered quickly. I had a quick query before installation and they answered the phone quickly and were very knowledgable and helpful.”
