“We ordered an electric fire after seeing some good deals on the Fireplace Company’s website. Their products are very competitively priced and our choice was delivered within a few days of us ordering. We received an update when our fire was despatched and then we received updates from the delivery firm. We haven’t actually had our fire installed yet but can say that we were very impressed with the customer service from order to delivery and wouldn’t hesitate to order other items in the future.”

“The Fireplace Company was the only place I could find the electric log stove I really wanted that could deliver to me before Christmas. I ordered the Hinton stove yesterday and it arrived this morning. I'm so impressed, it's wonderful, exactly what I was hoping for, its incredibly realistic and very quiet....perfect.”

“Excellent service from "the fireplace company" when we purchased our 16" Pryzm Edge electric fire recently. Their sales and technical staff were really helpful and friendly when I called with a couple of pre-order / installation questions, and their online order system was very easy to use. They arranged delivery direct from the manufacturers " Be Modern" and the fire arrived in just a few days, with regular delivery updates from both "the fireplace company" and "Be Modern" We are very pleased with the product. The 2kw heater is very quiet and efficient, and the flame effect is very realistic. Please see image of the fire below, which we installed in our existing marble fire surround. The flame effect is so realistic, we sometimes watch that instead of the tv above. 😀”
