“Very pleased with this fire, it kicks out a lot of heat and looks great. Really like the background flames around the logs. Was updated about delivery time so no complaints”

“The staff were very patient and helpful from start to finish as I struggled to decide on which fire to purchase, eventually I decided on the e reflex 135rw and I'm so glad I did as this is a stunning fire. I'm now looking for a fire for another room so I will be back to order again!!!!”

“Bought a fire for my media wall and the fire itself is excellent will only be using for the light and not the heat setting though . The downside was the delivery as the company used for delivery is a pallet company and the man was going to leave in my front garden as he could t lift it in on his own . I was going to work and didn’t want to leave it sitting there for anyone to come and take so he helped me get it inside but if I was unable to lift it with him it would have been left sitting out till my partner came home later”

“I’m disappointed I ordered a fireplace thinking the fire logs and stones would be behind the glass but this wasn’t the case Now I can’t return because we’ve gone up so much effort building the frame and plastered it all Just thinking of how this is not child friendly or even his I’m going to keep it dust free”

“heavy item & delivery courier are not covered to bring the item inside house. not helpful if disabled and unable to lift this. item is being installed in april so can’t really say much until it’s set up. it looks fine and quick delivery just going the extra mile is missing !”
