“I found the Fireplace company online. I was looking for a upmarket electric fire for my Park Home. I wanted gas, but not recommended. I liked what I saw. So I decided to call to their fantastic showrooms in Morecambe. I met James. I bought my electric gas fire which was in stock. A Gazco eMotiv. It’s a lovely electric fire. For me travelling up. And collecting he knocked of £70. James was reassuring and was not pushy. I would highly recommend them. No wonder they are busy. His partner was in the showrooms too. Also friendly and helpful. “Great company …we had a delay on delivery due to it being Easter, their customer service was excellent & it sorted quickly Quite expensive but definitely worth it, it looks great …really pleased with it. They came in cheaper too than most other companies selling the same!! Only installed it properly today!!”

“Before ordering I phoned to ask questions on the product that I was interested in. Which was very helpful , my fire arrive within two days of ordering and was very well packed. The delivery driver was also excellent . Very pleased with my new radiance fire and would most definitely order from this company again.”

“I spoke to a very helpful customer service person who arranged for the fire to be delivered within our tight time frame. The fire arrived as promised with days to spare and it is now fitted without having any problems. They also honoured their promise to match any price and gave me a coupon to reduce the price as I had found the fire listed elsewhere for cheaper. An excellent service. which is hard to find these days.”

“We arrived close to closing time but received all the attention we needed. We saw a version of the chosen stove on display and subsequently placed the order. The stove was delivered at the time advised. We are now looking forward to installation.”
