“Amazing product, looks fantastic in my newly built media wall. Customer service second to none and next day delivery was a huge bonus as I required the fire at short notice. Would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“The fire I wanted was out of stock everywhere in the run-up to Christmas. The Fireplace Company let me know when it was available again and arranged for it to be delivered within days. The fire is now installed and working fine. The price was competitive. Overall a good experience. Would certainly use the company again.”

“Very good service, and we were kept up-to-date with the order processing and delivery details and our stove arrived very well packaged and in good order. The only comment is that the courier turned up entirely unannounced, which would have been frustrating if we'd been out. In the event, we were at home so it didn't matter.”

“Very easy transaction. Fire was delivered very quickly and well packed. We had a slight problem with lining up the door hinges but this was very easily solved by an email chat with India who was really helpful. Overall we are very happy with everything from ordering to keeping us updated about delivery and are now enjoying the lovely warm glow from the fire on these cold nights. We would not hesitate to recommend The Fireplace Company and would use them again in the future.”
