“Bought a fire for my media wall and the fire itself is excellent will only be using for the light and not the heat setting though . The downside was the delivery as the company used for delivery is a pallet company and the man was going to leave in my front garden as he could t lift it in on his own . I was going to work and didn’t want to leave it sitting there for anyone to come and take so he helped me get it inside but if I was unable to lift it with him it would have been left sitting out till my partner came home later”

Regarding the delivery service, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our free delivery service typically involves a one-person pallet delivery, primarily intended for kerbside drop-off. We're grateful that the driver was able to assist you in getting it into your home, as this is not standard procedure. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we are currently reassessing our delivery procedures to explore the possibility of offering a two-person white glove delivery service as an upgrade option in the future. Hi Cathy, thank you for your review! I believe this order was collected from our showroom, we do try and personally deliver as many local orders as possible if the customer requests this service - any future orders just let us know and we can arrange delivery for you :)

“By and large a good experience - I have ended up purchasing a dummy flue but it wasn't made too clear that it would be difficult to manipulate this into a smaller fireplace”

“Item came as described and came less than 10 days, actually took around 3/4 days. The courier sent the fire to the wrong depot however that was not the Fireplace Company fault as its a 3rd party, but they called and it was sent the next day and arrived at 9am. Coundnt complain.”

“although my fire was not in stock I was kept informed throughout as to the availability there was a problem with my delivery but once again it was dealt with efficiently”

“We bought the NEO stove and we are very happy with it.. we would have given it 5 Stars if the instruction had been better. It is not plug and play. We like the flame effects. We would recommend and we would buy again. Delivery was slightly hampered by the delivery driver not wanting to deliver to us.”

“Found them very helpful & Efficient in ordering. However, once our order had been received there were no instructions to assemble the fire. Had to phone Burley on this. Though helpful we suggest they were input the instructions with the fire so one would not have the make that call to Burley”

“We found the staff in the shop very helpful, they gave us a brochure to peruse as we couldn't see what we wanted in showroom. We then spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone when we were ready to order we ordered on line and the fire arrived within a couple of days. and they delivered the fire to us from the shop too. Very satisfied with service.”
