“Before ordering I phoned to ask questions on the product that I was interested in. Which was very helpful , my fire arrive within two days of ordering and was very well packed. The delivery driver was also excellent . Very pleased with my new radiance fire and would most definitely order from this company again.”

“I spoke to a very helpful customer service person who arranged for the fire to be delivered within our tight time frame. The fire arrived as promised with days to spare and it is now fitted without having any problems. They also honoured their promise to match any price and gave me a coupon to reduce the price as I had found the fire listed elsewhere for cheaper. An excellent service. which is hard to find these days.”

“The eMotiv84 fire has not been unpacked and fitted yet but the communication with the Fireplace Company was excellent and they delivered as specified with the courier being very helpful. A good service all round.”

“Removing the original brickwork was the difficult bit. Forming the mounting was easy. Electric source easy. Putting it all together was easy. Very good quality product. Just what we wanted. A modern looking feature.”

“We’ve not yet tried our fire but the service from the fireplace company was excellent. The delivery firm used was a little questionable but on the 3rd attempt we finally got delivery. Can’t wait to try the fire out.”
