“Fire looks great and service was excellent. Price match worked well. Only challenge was the kerb side only delivery rather than in house. We managed though.”

“I purchased my electric fire at a fantastic price with fast delivery and a friendly helpful delivery driver who kindly put the fire in my garage at the side of the house. Can’t comment on the fire yet as it has not been fitted. I’m excited to see it in place as a part of my new media wall :)”

“We LOVE our fire! It looks stylish and I love the fact that the coals and logs are moveable, so you can create your own unique pattern. Both when the fire is on and off it looks fabulous. What I was most impressed with though was the company's customer service. Our pebbles were missing and within less than a week replacements arrived. They could not do enough for us and were very helpful when deciding which Flametec fire to choose that would be best for our fireplace and our needs. CAn't fault this company or the product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you the Fireplace Company. Old fashioned customer-led service is so appreciated:-)”

“The stove is great, buying experience good, however 2 arthritic old timers were left having to try and move 64kg of stove from the pavement and quite a distance into our home. We understand that delivery is a challenge, but this caused us quite a problem.”

“The staff were very patient and helpful from start to finish as I struggled to decide on which fire to purchase, eventually I decided on the e reflex 135rw and I'm so glad I did as this is a stunning fire. I'm now looking for a fire for another room so I will be back to order again!!!!”

“Bought a fire for my media wall and the fire itself is excellent will only be using for the light and not the heat setting though . The downside was the delivery as the company used for delivery is a pallet company and the man was going to leave in my front garden as he could t lift it in on his own . I was going to work and didn’t want to leave it sitting there for anyone to come and take so he helped me get it inside but if I was unable to lift it with him it would have been left sitting out till my partner came home later”

The ladies on the phone answered all my questions, delivery was fast, the delivery driver was very friendly, the product is fantastic quality and looks so realistic.
