“Bought a thermostatic remote controlled inset fire on-line. Website easy to use. Photos gave accurate picture of fire. Spoke to an advisor several weeks before purchase who was very helpful & answered my query. Delivery was very smooth, the fire was well packed & undamaged. I would use this company again.”

“Delivery was on time with delivery personnel working very hard. Fireplace is of a high standard and was fitted successfully. Only downside is that it is such good quality that it is very heavy to lift. For most people a 2 person job.”

“I had a very positive experience with the fireplace company My fire was dispatched on time as promised, and it was also very well packaged I have not had my fire fitted as yet. Therefore, I have had no reason to contact the company, but I feel confident that the response,if required, would be positive”

“Such helpful and friendly people. Really gave us good advice of which fire would be the best for us in our lounge and most suitable to our needs. Delivery was fast and even carried it into the room we needed it in, brilliant.”

“Staff were great and the service from purchasing through to delivery was excellent with friendly staff and good comunications. Unfortunately the Solus VS media fire purchased was very disappointing with a known fault and you're stuck with it attitude from the manufaturer's Technical Services. For such an expensive item this is completely unsatisfactory and for a supplier that advertises as selling only high quality products this is just not acceptable.”
