“Sadly a terrible experience, after looking at all good reviews I was excited to receive my new rug! Online states quick delivery, I waited a week and a half after it being shipped to have to do a live chat with dx express delivery who told me they never received a rug from the sender, I got in contact with the rugs who advised it had been lost, so on the Monday it was lost I was advised I’d get a new one sent out for free and it would be with my Wednesday, it came to Friday! No rug SHOCK so immediately asked for a refund after waiting 2 and a half weeks for a rug to never have even left the rugs warehouse and getting fake tracking numbers sent to me that never gave me tracking throughout the whole process, will never use ever again and will never advise anyone to unfortunately!!”
