“Ordering was simple, delivered quickly. I’ve had 2 of these rugs before but needed a bigger size for another room, was delighted that it was on sale so a bonus for me that it was reduced in price. It’s been down about 4 days and it really needs that to get the creases out of it and it’s sitting flat now from being rolled”

“Very good service, they initially delivered the wrong rug. I contacted them and informed them about the error they collected the wrong rug and sent a replacement one. With in a week. Good service although it will be better if they had a telephone number you could contact them with when you have queries. Other than that the service is Good and the rugs are good quality.”
