“My partner contacted rugs because she wanted to buy a rug off them for when we go caravan in ten days time asked if she didn’t like it can she send it back for return or credit note they said yes no probs so she bought it went down for week on bank holiday and she changed mind about rug contacted the rug company for them to say no it’s 14 days no return said a manager would fine me back I’ve had nothing it’s a shame aswell but customer service was terrible now I’m stuck with a hundred pound rug wat goes no where”
