“Not pleased when I ordered it was for 2 inserts and surrounds for £39 however only received the inserts I emailed to be advised they are sold separately the assistant wasn't interested she advised she doesn't make prices I advised would be returning as was a rip off you cam buy inserts for £9 at each .”

“ONLY suitable for a bathroom, not for other rooms in the house - at least, not for other rooms in my house. The rug looks synthetic and cheap, with visible overlocking stitching down the long sides. It's fine for a bathroom - looks nice, but if I'd bought this for anywhere else, I'd be very disappointed.”
