“I bought two rugs as they were washable. Upon using and washing one of the rugs, following the instructions, the rug now won't sit flat. Awaiting a response from the company. 20.08.21 I have been asked to change my review following my issue being 'dealt' with. If I could, I would reduce the start rating to zero stars but this option isn't available. After poor communication from THE RUGS (no name given from the person liaising with me), I booked an entire day off work to have the rugs collected. The courier didn't come. I now have to book a second day off and the company have refused to refund anything until they receive the rugs despite the reason to to return not being my fault. Appalling service and attitude from THE RUGS. Avoid at all costs.”
