Very poor and also the collection never is coming

Terrible. Ordered a rug twice. Despite saying it was in stock, unable to deliver. Money taken twice, but refunds very slow. Had to chase them several times. Will not use this company again.

I have been waiting for my order for over 2 weeks which I have paid for on next day delivery. I have contacted the company on multiple occasions and had no response.

Hi Esther, Thank you for your review. First of all, we would love to apologise again for the inconvenience. However, as we have explained, the consignment was dispatched on time by our end. The delivery has failed and the consignment has been lost during the delivery process. We are aware of the problems with courier companies, however, we experience the same issues with every company. Unfortunately, these courier companies in the UK are not operating with up-to-date systems and they constantly change their drivers. All of them refuse to get signatures by using COVID as an excuse, still. They do not use any other confirmation either which is not okay and not up-to-date. However, these problems are mostly caused by specific drivers. Every delivery depends on the drivers working in that local area. We try everything we can to solve these issues as fast as possible. The rug is awful quality, lifts constantly on the edges, very cheap and not worth the price. Had better rugs from high street stores.

Issue with refund. Item arrived and was fine but a bit cheap and not suited to room so opted to return. Collection was organised and was notified a full day early that the collection had “failed”. Explained to them that the courier had come on the wrong day, was told collection date had to be later only for same thing to happen again!! This is incredibly inconvenient as every time I need to rearrange my work shifts to fit this. Seems like a deliberate ploy by company to run out the 30 day period on returns. Too much of a coincidence for exactly the same thing to happen twice. Will be taking this further.

I bought 2 rugs and i was disappointed with the quality, contacted the company for the return, they responded very quickly they offered a discount but i didn’t accept it as I’m certainly I don’t want the rugs.They arranged the date for the courier but nobody turned up . They arranged a second date for picking up and again nobody turned up to collect . I contact them again and no response so far, I’m curious how many more dates they will arrange . The worst case ever experienced. Definitely don’t advise anyone to buy unless they sure they will keep the product . I should have read the reviews before buying.

Promised delivery every day for a week which never happened. Even after I waited in all day. Customer service polite but useless. (Maybe A.I?). Said that refund would be processed once rug has been returned to their dispatch. Would that be the one I’ve never received? Painful.

Rubbish rug frays all round the edges would never buy another

Might be washable but didn't get that far, certainly not puppy proof! In the bin after 2 weeks because the underneath was easily shredded and the material the rug was made of was easily pulled and ruined, wasted £70 🙄

Very poor quality a lot of colour bleeding!!! Delivered very creased and corners very bent Would definitely NOT recommenda complete waste of money worst rug I’ve ever purchased and would never use this company again !

This rug sheds a lot of fluff I have had it for 1 week and I have thrown it away it’s scruffy and balding I do not recommend this rug .i followed the recommended instructions

Hopeless company!! Tried multi times to get a response via email you can't talk to anyone if your lucky you'll get automated "Cindy" who was going to chase up my order and I never heard a peep back. So I would go near this company

Appalling service from the company the quality of the rugs is awful the wrong colours sent and slow to reimburse after with absolutely no care from them atall. From the poor English I’m presuming we have yet another foreign seller.
