“Hi, I have emailed many times to arrange collection of my rug as unfortunately it was not suitable. I have no contact number to sort this. Please can someone get back to me”

“Ordered a rug 2 weeks ago now and still not arrived or heard anything for when it will arrive. Really disappointed as I was buying the rug for a family bbq but it was too late. No customer service, I have tried contacting through several ways on the website and still heard nothing. Very disappointed”

“Not pleased when I ordered it was for 2 inserts and surrounds for £39 however only received the inserts I emailed to be advised they are sold separately the assistant wasn't interested she advised she doesn't make prices I advised would be returning as was a rip off you cam buy inserts for £9 at each .”

Our insert doormat product has 2 parts which are insert and surrounds and they are being sold separately as stated boldly in the product description. “My partner contacted rugs because she wanted to buy a rug off them for when we go caravan in ten days time asked if she didn’t like it can she send it back for return or credit note they said yes no probs so she bought it went down for week on bank holiday and she changed mind about rug contacted the rug company for them to say no it’s 14 days no return said a manager would fine me back I’ve had nothing it’s a shame aswell but customer service was terrible now I’m stuck with a hundred pound rug wat goes no where”

“I bought two rugs as they were washable. Upon using and washing one of the rugs, following the instructions, the rug now won't sit flat. Awaiting a response from the company. 20.08.21 I have been asked to change my review following my issue being 'dealt' with. If I could, I would reduce the start rating to zero stars but this option isn't available. After poor communication from THE RUGS (no name given from the person liaising with me), I booked an entire day off work to have the rugs collected. The courier didn't come. I now have to book a second day off and the company have refused to refund anything until they receive the rugs despite the reason to to return not being my fault. Appalling service and attitude from THE RUGS. Avoid at all costs.”
