Ordered a rug, said it would be next day delivery. Waited a week- knew things could be late in the run up to Christmas. Contacted the company who then inform me that the rug is not going to be delivered and a refund issued. Apparently the rug isn't in stock now. Check online, says it's still in stock. Inquire why I can't have the rug that is in stock. The reply is that what is online is not a true reflection of the stock and they have sold out. Absolute joke, will not be ordering from here again and definitely not recommending to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Did not help me with my query and refusing to refund my money when I did not receive the product. DO NOT recommend at all!

DX Express are the courier used. Have waited in 4 different days and it still hasn’t been delivered. Absolutely furious.

Sadly my rug never arrived. Although this is the fault of the delivery company not The Rug. DX we’re supposed to deliver my rug, but after arranging delivery dates 3 times, they NEVER turned up, or called, or apologised! I have no idea where my rug is, but will be requesting a refund, as sadly the delivery company don’t actually deliver!!!!

I still have not received my rugs So cant give a review dx delivery keep saying they have attempted to deliver and they have not i have a ring doorbell to prove it, so at the moment poor service Maybe you need another delivery service as drivers are being dishonest about attempting to deliver when they most definitely have not.

It would be nice if I got the correct rug I ordered and paid for in good faith. One half the size and the wrong colour was delivered. The correct item was supposed to arrive in a two hour time slot today but nothing appeared. This is pretty appalling service! If it appears tomorrow,I will amend this review,otherwise,I will expect a refund asap.

I have received my rug dirty, emailed about it try to solve the issue but no one replied, had to get it cleaned myself, since its white, and was dirty on the edges i had to pay quite a bit…

The half moon rug was delivered folded in half. This resulted in a crack in the backing. I taped this with gorilla tape. Hopefully this will last. Unfortunately my iPad for some reason will not allow me to send photos. ColinHall.

All good until I had to return a rug! The company who came to pick up the rug did not try very hard or knock very loudly so said I was not home, which I was, waiting all day! So now I am waiting again for The Rugs to come back to me to tell me what to do. I just want to return my rug, which I was told was a simple process and the whole reason I committed to buying a rug I could only view online, because you can't really tell what it is like until you see it in person. Now I can't order another rug until this is picked up and I hope The Rugs are not going to ask me to pay for the return as it was not my fault I missed the courier! (If he actually did come at all!)

I bought a rug that - when it arrived - was just not suitable: it was too light. I immediately contacted customer services via email - and, at first, was offered a 15% discount to keep the rug. But I’s have no use for it. It’s been more than a week and communication is painfully slow. I still don’t know how to return the rug. Will never be buying from this company again.

The rug was left outside the front door and marked as delivered, it was raining that day really dissatisfied
