“I bought a rug from the rugs about a week ago and received it A day later the rug came in in perfect condition really fluffy and the size I wanted. I contacted 3rd customer service because the rug was out of stock and I asked if they will have it back soon and they checked with their warehouse got back to me 5 minutes later and said that that the rug is available they found the last one in the size I wanted. So I ordered it and got it the next day and cannot be more happy! thank you!”

“The rug ordered and sent is nothing like the rug ordered. The colours are totally different. Regardless of price, The item advertised should be the same as delivered. Very Disappointed due to no contact until I placed a review. Look at picture enclosed . The dark brown/black is one advertised , the other light grey is one sent”

“Rug was an absolute bargain at £40 and looks lovely in our bedroom. Delivery was great the guy even checked to see if I could manage carrying it in myself. Really pleased with it. I won't lie and say its luxurious or feels amazing under foot as it was £40 and you get what you pay for. It was a quick purchase for a bargain DIY job and I'm very pleased with the outcome.”

“The four large Ecology range outdoor rugs seem well made and I'm pleased with the actual color and appearance, only time will tell about wearability, abrasion resistance and resilience. I'm somewhat disappointed that my online chat query 12/10/22 still remains unanswered as at today 18/10/22, however despite the absence of a reply but based on what was apparent following the first completed delivery I placed a second order which was again delivered quickly. For the second order I am happy to record the same review comments as for the first above. Overall, for both orders, I found the online ordering facility intuitive and easy to navigate and combined with very competitive pricing, quick delivery and apparent quality I would recommend The Rugs.”
