“I bought some grass reinforcement mesh to park my motor home in the garden I had some trouble with the instalment, and was able to get through to the technical manager who spent some time helping me with the issues I had. I was so impressed to be able to speak to someone who actually knew the subject, was available and took some time. This never seems to happen these days and is the mark of a truly professional business. He also organised delivery of some extra materials which arrived next day so I lost no time. Very satisfied Charles”
