“Repeated emails saying my order is out for delivery and ensure 2 people are available to help unload. we are now on the 5th occasion that they have informed me of the above and nothing has arrived. I certainly won't be using them again and advise others not to unless you are happy to wait in all day for no reason. Still waiting on my order with no update on when it will actually arrive”

Good Morning Mark, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you haven't received our normal level of service. We are a small, family-run business that is continually improving our products and services. I can see from our notes that you contacted us on the 28th of April and the courier had told us this would be delivered to you the following day, sorry that this delivery had not been made. I have spoken with Tuffnells this morning and they have informed me this will be out for delivery today. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. “My purchase was safely delivered on time and the delivery day we agreed on. The product was safely wrapped and strapped to a pallet. The product was exactly as described on the website. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to others.”

“Delighted with quality & price of green barrier mesh & fence pins. I single-handedly erected the mesh above my neighbour's 6ft fence to prevent my cats from escaping (since they can't climb the mesh) using long bamboo poles. The mesh has made an unobtrusive screen which also keeps my climbing plants in my garden so they don't encroach on my neighbour's land”
