“Unfortunately my experience with Suregreen has been disappointing. Firstly, their carrier, Tuffnells, did not give me advance warning of delivery. This made planning to receive and offload the timber difficult. Secondly I received only 5 oak posts out of an order of 6. The last post had to be delivered the next day. Again, the first warning I received from Tufnells was a call to say they were at the door! Further than this, one of the posts was heavily fluted and badly cracked. I am used to working with oak and understand that it is not going to be uniform but this example was far worse than what I consider acceptable. Suregreen initially said they would replace when delivering the missing post but subsequently emailed to change this and said a charge of £109 for "restocking" would apply. When I emailed to say I was not happy with this no one bothered to get back to me. A disappointing experience for me and, I would have thought, a short-sighted way to treat a new customer.”

“I've recently bought Suregreen's Grass Reinforcement Mesh GR11 and I'm really pleased with it. Top quality and easy to use. I was particularly pleased with the online ordering and subsequent delivery. Appeared as if from nowhere although there was accurate tracking info all the way. Their delivery van was a sensible size for my dead-end country road and the driver was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them - all good - no bad.”

“Extremely good service from start to finish, from ordering to delivery. Fully tracked delivery in real time, so you didn’t need to stay in all day. Friendly polite delivery driver, who went out of his way, to put the load in the best possible location. If I ever need sleepers again this will be where I will go.”
