“Wasn't sure about buying from this firm I'd never heard of, a long way away, and they use a delivery company I'd also never heard of, but they were the only place I could find the wooden sleepers I wanted at a reasonable price. Needn't have worried. Sleepers arrived quickly, if unexpectedly (e-mail announcing their arrival came after the delivery), in good condition, and look perfect. Won't be able to vouch for the quality of the rot-proofing for a few years yet, but they look great at the moment. Will be a regular customer now.”

“12.5% of 3 x 3 oak posts had damaged end with 10" Band saw cut up the middle. The driver took a picture of the delivery tied to a pallet which did not show the end with the fault. If you buy from this company make the driver wait while you unpack and photograph every item with him in the picture so they believe you.”
