“The product was very good the only complaint i have is the delivery service was awful the first time I had some delivered I didn’t need to be there because the driver took them off the lorry and put them on my drive! Second time I thought I don’t need to be there so I went to work got a phone call to say I needed to be there to take them off by hand so I had to pay another delivery charge and take the next day off work for delivery the next day. When they turned up the gentleman got the sleepers off and put them on my drive. So why he couldn’t do that the day before I don’t know but it would of saved me delivery charge and a days wages!”

“My pots were ordered in the first week of December, the money was immediately deducted from my account. Unfortunately as Christmas approached the pots still hadn’t been delivered, they were a Christmas present for my son. After the hassle of several phone calls and emails they weren’t delivered in time for Christmas . Your colleague Reece was extremely helpful and arranged a suitable delivery time during the first week in January, four weeks after the money was deducted. They are pleased with the pots, but better communication and a prompt delivery would improve the experience. Linda Pyper”
