“Delivery driver smoking in his cab. No Mask. No health and safety. Had to unload with him. Sleepers were so wet and sodden that I could not drill into them. Will use another company next time.”

“Delivery took far to long and I’m still waiting for part of my delivery to arrive, been told twice it’s on a ‘express’ delivery back on the 23rd November, this is as I think you’ll agree unacceptable customer service!”

“I am generally very happy with your company,however my latest purchase of the chicken wire never arrived as DHL lost it and your very nice sales lady informed me that you had sold out .This I am ok with,but you should maybe have a word with DHL so they don’t effect your business in the future. Kind Regards”

“Short delivered only received 3 of 4. Someone can’t count. Rang immediately apparently I should have taken a picture on the lorry??? Had to wait for stocktake felt a bit of an uncomfortable experience. Price great service good shame about the hiccup”

“The sleepers supplied were really good, just what i wanted and were straight which is important. Their chosen carrier was not so good. In the T&C's it states some one needs to help to offload so be careful. My wife was there to accept the delivery but not capable of helping so the driver went away. The next day another driver made the delivery and was so helpful, he could not use his pallet truck but split the pack and unloaded by hand, its a pity the first driver was not so helpful.”

“Hello, I have ordered twice from your company and both times the order arrived incomplete. Furthermore, there were problems in getting both orders resolved. All other aspects of your service appear satisfactory, so feel that a little less haste on your and/or the delivery company, would benefit the customer. Speedy expedition of orders is desirable, but not at the price of getting the order wrong. I would buy from your company again, but would not recommend it until I have evidence of improvement.”

“Second time I’ve used Suregreen. Great products again but despite saying my access was restricted on the order and telling the transport company the same they sent a poor guy in a huge truck to deliver. Poor bloke had to reverse his lorry for a mile down the lane.”

“An honest review.......Delivery was not as scheduled, think it was down to the delivery company rather than being Suregreen's fault. The sleepers are not entirely uniformed in length, I will need to cut a few mm off of some to true them up. Overall not too bad but would expect the length to be spot on at least. Fair score of 3 given.”

“We ordered two batches of railway sleepers in order to build some raised beds in our garden. When the first batch came we were really impressed with the quality of the wood. Only downfall was that they came on top of a dark blue pallet that stained some of the sleepers but we worked it out by putting the blue side internally in our beds. The second batch though was a bit of a disappointment. More than half of the sleepers were bad quality with cracks and the finish nowhere near the first batch. It could have been cause the delivery person didn't use a crane like the first one but instead dragged them of his van but not sure it was his fault.. Overall, I think the quality varies. We were lucky with our first batch but second one was not that good. Delivery is prompt and the online experience is also good.”

“We received 2 separate orders from suregreen. The first order of sleepers were ok, nothing special. The second order of sleepers were terrible. Every one had large splits running down them, 2 were covered in grease, a few had blue paint on & one of them looked like it had been chewed by a dog. The delivery fees were also quite expensive.”
