“The container actually arrived with a small chip and a crack on one top edge. Instead of the rather difficult discussion of where the blame lies I decided to sell It to my client at a discounted rate of £45. Obviously not ideal and not suggesting you sold me damaged goods, just making you aware of this. Many thanks”

“I'm disappointed that I put 20 lots of bamboo edging in my basket and when I went back to pay for it the product had gone up £1 - which meant my order price increased by £20. I then had to pay an extra £17 for delivery. So overall I am spending £37 more than I had budgeted for. I appreciate it is the law of supply and demand - so I am happy I have the product on order - but not happy it is costing so much more!”

“I looked at purchasing some extra fence rails from you. only needed 15 this time. The delivery charge of over £111 was more than the cost of the rails. Your product is good. but delivery charges are astronomical so usually I end up shopping elsewhere.”
