“Would have preferred to use paypal but your site would not process. Basket repeatedly shown empty. Cannot comment on quality or value yet as this my first purchase.”

“Quality is good but delivery system is rubbish. If you 1 sleeper, the delivery costs doubles. Plus for that amount, you then have to offload the items by hand and the driver wont help either. The company is good but their couriers are rubbish. imagine offloading 36 sleepers.”

“I may change this rating once I get some confirmation regarding the short length - about 5 meters short - of the PVC coated wire fencing I bought. Unfortunately I cut and fitted the wire and didn't measure the whole roll before I started so cannot prove the shortage. The fencing is good quality, and the person I spoke to was helpful - hopefully someone will review the complaint soon and process my order for another roll to finish the job quickly.”

“prices are very good but delivery is excessive otherwise i would have rated Very Good star, i would have ordered more items on the order on the same delivery but the delivery became that expensive that i reduced my order, for my order delivery was £28 had this been total or close for all items i would have ordered all, my added items were only( 7) half poles (3.6m)and a roll of galvanized wire and delivery went upto £70 i changed order to shorter poles (11) thinking length was the problem ie a bigger vehicle so that the item was no longer than my other items i ordered in length so it would fit in same van and it still went to £50”

“Very, very odd. Went through the purchase process but was told that "Surname" field is a required field, even though it contained my surname. Various attempts failed with the same message. In the end I added 3 spaces to the end of my surname and that was accepted !!! Bear this in mind if you have a short surname (mine is 6 letters)”

“Very good sleepers. However delivery costs are excessive compared to competitors. The delivery charges are illogical and with a bulk purchase it should be capped. £400 delivery for £600 worth of timber is insane. Needless to say I got the remaining of the timber elsewhere.”
