“The website, products and prices look good, but I had problems when trying to pay yesterday so I gave up and tried again today. The site seemed not to like my address for some reason. If you have this problem try adding your address as a new address.”

“Paid nearly £50 for delivery of 22 garden posts. Took nearly a month to get to me in 3 different deliveries. Products were good though.”

“We previously ordered wood from a different supplier, this was better quality, the wood from suregreen is ok but splits so not as good, also delivery problems which should have been clearly explained instead the company blamed the delivery company, instead of explaining the rest of delivery would follow”

“Ordering worked well but delivery was slower than anticipated and pins came a few days before the matting. Too early to say if the mat has worked. The grass parking area was more uneven than we thought so, our fault, should have levelled it better before the mat went down. We are now sifting fine soil on the low areas.”
