“Had to wait a week for delivery and still had to pay £30 delivery charge even though I dont live in a congestion charge or ulez area. If I lived 10 to 50 miles further away from your shop I would have had free delivery doesn't make sense because of the charge I won't be using you company again”

“I would not recommend this company. Delivery takes ages to organise. Items not delivered on agreed date. Suregreen admit they have had issues with their courier yet still expect me to pay another fee to have the items delivered at a future date and if I request a refund I am expected to pay another fee to have the items returned. Poor attitude and customer service. Still waiting for a response, refund or goods.”

“Fence panels were well made and reasonably priced. The only slight issues I had was regarding the delivery. It stated that 2 people had to be present to receive the goods which was in fact not correct. The delivery man simply asked me where to put down the pallet. I would also suggest that the company considers dropping the £75 delivery charge on large (£) orders outside the south east as I think this would increase business.”

“I ordered 5 garden sleepers and 4 of them arrive in perfect condition, but unfortunately one of them arrived damaged. I notified Suregreen of this issue, and within 1 working day they had responded notifying me that they would sent me a new garden sleeper free of charge. Excellent customer care! Highly recommended.”

“Product as per description and ok for my purposes which was to put a frame round a pump to protect it from being accidently knocked. It was eventually delivered ok by EVRI at the their 3rd attempt, they are useless, I would recommend Suregreen to change their Carrier, if I known it was EVRI I would probably have gone elsewhere for peace of mind.”

“A month of my life wasted - Avoid Awful communication throughout the process, not advised of delays or delivery dates and emails ignored & not called back when promised. Constantly chasing for updates and then products arrived damaged after waiting 3 weeks for them to be delivered and the delivery driver stating the office said they rang you about the damage! To top it all then they took 10 days to refund my money. Went to a local firm ordered identical items received 2 days later with excellent service. Watch out for these "Google" sponsored advertisers.”

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way, we are a small family run business and we aim to deliver the highest level of service and will continue to improve this with our customer feedback. I am sorry that you have trouble reaching us, we have had many staff sickness's so we have had to limit our phone operating hours and this has caused our delay on the response to emails. We are working through getting back to our customers as quickly as possible. I can see that your email has been replied to this morning, we appreciate that it is taking longer to get back to our customers than usual. When the driver called the office, he would of been calling his office not Suregreen LTD. The courier will pass this information over to us but as above we are behind with our emails. “Great to deal with. It's not only the product, but also how they deal with if things don't quite go to plan. I ordered 50 lengths of gravel board. When the requested next-day delivery did not work out through no fault of their own (courier admitted they didn't load it) Suregreen immediately refunded the next day fee, and I got everything the next morning.”
