“Posts are rough cast on one side, some damage to posts, took almost two weeks to arrive, I thought it was free postage over £100, was charged £75”

“Ordered on 23rd April and today 6th May I get a tracking link to some courier that states they haven't even collected it. This despite constant chasing of Suregreen. Don't use if your project is actually for the current season!”

I am sorry to hear that there has been a delay with the order getting to you. Once your order has arrived at your local depot the courier will call you to book in a suitable delivery date where 2 people are available for the offload. “Great prices, unfortunately not clear at time of purchase that one of the items was pre-order, informed via email after which meant a delay to the order delivery, contacted the customer service team whom advised they would receive the order Monday and Tuesday then arrange delivery. No other contact received until we contacted them to arrange delivery, luckily we were able to get next day delivery but it did have an impact on the project”
