“Paid for next day delivery never came kept ringing up said it would come next day rang again said now in warehouse etc this went on for awhile never received my goods,I have no faith in there service so I wouldn’t use or recommend them,I had a terrible service”

“I would of given 5 stars all day long if it wasn't for the lack of communication around delivery, I chose the free delivery but an email or call to say we are expecting to deliver a week on Thursday for instance, but apart from that's everything was great . Tracking of driver , awesome , driver was really, professionally and helpful, sleepers were packaged great and a nice product . Will use again”

“to order online. Followed tracker on day of delivery. Driver had a very long day! Compost delivered right to my doorstep was good quality peat free. Seeds germinated well which hasn't been the case in the last few years with cheaper compost. Yes it was a more costly exercise but it. Will be exploring other products soon as I like the ethics of Suregreen.”

“ordered panels and wasnt told that it would be 2 weeks lead time in fact it was 3 weeks. Then told that 2 people had to be present for delivery with no reasonable delivery window on selected day either.”
