“This is a very simple review to write. Having worked as a delivery driver, one can sympathise with drivers that are polite, but suffering working for a poorly-run courier. This is the case with Tufnells. It took three deliveries instead of one to receive my items. Thank you for the discount I requested due to the delays and availability issues. Your customer service department tried its best, but the issue here is simple. I had to "down tools" twice because of Tufnell's shocking delivery service. This week, a friend asked about the fence project. I told him honestly - shop around. It would have been great to recommend Suregreen. But I couldn't.”
