“Long time delivery and very unhelpful driver. He said that due to the lack of equipment in his truck he could not delivered the stones to the door of the house, and he delivered them to wherever he liked. I had to manually carry on the stones to the right place. I will never buy again.”

Good Morning Carolina, I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with your delivery this time, unfortunately, as you've not been in touch with us directly we were unaware of this. On reviewing the delivery photograph taken by our driver that day, the stones appear to have been left directly next to your back door which was the only area with vehicle access to you. As our vehicle is too large to access any narrow side streets, this would have been left where access was possible at the time of delivery. “Great for extending the height of our 1 metre garden fence. Stopped our patterdale terrier from jumping the fence and escaping into field. Also stops the cattle from reaching in and nipping the tops of newly planted hedge. Easy to put up too, we used 1.2 metre x 3cm wooden stakes and screwed them onto the side of existing posts, then we used cable ties to attach the mesh. Works a treat and looks good too. Very happy with end result.”

I can see that once you made contact with our team to advise of non-delivery we contacted the courier and advised that a replacement screen was to be dispatched for you as a priority. “They are very professional and the prices very competitive, Adrian Magadan was so helpful and went out of his way to assist me with my purchase and secure the best prices. I would also like to say that the pallet company that made the delivery were also great and the driver/deliverer could not have been more helpful. We are also a small company and will definitely be using Sure green again for future purchases”
