“Purchased 3” x 3” 8’ square fence posts to build a netted area for vegetable/ fruit cage, of the twelve all were in perfect condition (no splits). Delivery driver most helpful and unloaded just where I asked. Compared to diy and building suppliers the price was excellent. No hesitation in recommending Suregreen.”

“Efficient. I’ve bought 20 green oak sleepers in two batches. There is a lot of split wood and therefore quite a lot of wastage if you’re cutting the sleepers - I’d estimate 15+%. Suggest they add 10% free timber eg 11 for price of 10 CNR NR4”

“Firstly I had a text and email to say my order was being delivered so I booked the day off. Waited from 7.00am until 5.50pm before deciding to ring Suregreen. I was told the driver had run out of hours so he won’t be delivering. I was told I would get a phone call the following morning to advise of a delivery time but it would be before 12. I got no call so had to book another half day off work. I ordered 8 lengths of fence capping, most of which arrived split, bowed, damaged and in worse condition than the old wood I am replacing. I immediately emailed customer services and got the automated response but have not heard back from them yet. Considering I had a guy booked to fit them and offered them a compromise as I didn’t want to cancel our plans you would think someone would have been in touch. Plans now cancelled, I am expecting replacements or FULL refund or I’m taking them to trading standards.”
