“I ordered the bamboo screening online, I later decided to add to the order and spoke to one of the online chat people for advice, they advised me to call which I did and easily added to my order without any fuss. My order arrived exactly as they said it would and the screens were excellent. So I can confidently say having used many of their forms of contact etc, these are an excellent company and I'm very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received. I would purchase from them again and recommend to anyone Thank you”

“Ordered 180mm piles and they arrived in Wales within three days. I guess I was lucky that the deliveries were being made in my area, but still, I was impressed. My only little complaint is that the I contacted the chat line for advice the guy on the other end sounded as though he couldn't really be bothered.”
