“Product was good. I might be mistaken but it seems that only after ordering was I made aware that I would need 2 people available on the day of delivery to help the delivery drivers unload. They do use a courier rather than deliver themselves, though, but was still inconvenient having to get someone to come around to help me unload it when there were two perfectly able people (1 did help) in the the truck. I questioned the need for 2 people to be available and the answer I got wasn’t what I was looking for. It was only a few sleepers so it was fine for me but be aware you might need to do the lifting yourself - I know not everyone has their health.”

We do try and make this as clear as possible for our customers, we show this on the item page before ordering, at checkout, in your dispatch notification, and the courier should also state this when booking your delivery. “The green barrier fencing and 10 pins I purchased arrived well packaged and undamaged. I had looked online to compare prices with other websites and well known stores and Suregreen were really by far the cheapest. I wanted a reasonably priced way of fencing off an overgrown patch at the top of the garden to keep the dog out whilst I cleared it.”

“Bamboo screening purchased. Delivered within a few days. The quality of the bamboo is excellent. Thick and well put together with strong wire - much more robust than other bamboo screening that I purchased in the past from other outlets. Good price also. I will have no hesitancy in dealing with suregreen in the future.”

“For the price top rails were good. Mostly straight, a few with knots causing bends but was able to pin them in OK. Quality far far better than High St DIYs whose timber is often fit for bonfires. I would definitely use these guys again.”
