“I purchased four "one-size" waterproof peaked caps. The maximum size adjustment was still far too small for anyone. Four people tried the caps, the caps were too small to fit anyone. Disappointing.”

“Placed my order on the 24th of November with 48 hour royal mail tracked delivery, for what seemed an eternity it sat as pending collection amd finally arrived on the 4th of December, dumped on my doorstep in the rain as I'd gone on holiday the day before, the holiday I had bought the gloves for. Poor delivery service and timing, who is to blame sealskin depot or royalmail? Either way very disappointed.”

“I’ve still not received my order from 23/11/2024. I’ve sent emails asking where my order is and no response. Please be careful when ordering from them. My order was Tracked 48 and contained Christmas presents which wasn’t cheap so having to replace them is becoming a nightmare.”

“My purchase hasn’t arrived, it’s been stuck in Royal Mail Birmingham for four weeks. Not Sealskinz fault but what is their fault that all my emails and enquiries have been ignored. They have my money but I don’t have the goods.”

“Though we checked sizes for both ordered products with your size informations, both articles are too small. The size my wife has was not even at the upper end. It result in artcles sent back. But as GB is not EU, this is charged for tracked shipping with DHL with about 20 € - payable by us. We will never order directly at sealskinz again. You should at least offer a reduced cost option for sending back articles. Still love your products and offer them on my weppage as affiliate, so this evaluation is only for the process.”

“I ordered a Sealskins Heydon Hat (Version 3). I received a Heydon Hat (Version 1) I Returned the hat the same day for refund and only received a partial refund. SOPHIE from Sealskins customer service was horrible to deal with. She insisted version 1, 2 & 3 are “all the same hat with different logo’s” I have already owned v1 & v2 hence why I ordered v3 as a newer looking logo on the hat Sophie!”
