“Good morning The item I ordered has been stuck at customs since December 13 (tracking# DG30754120103). I’ve written emails several times requesting an update from you; however, I’ve yet to receive any response. While I’ve been quite satisfied with past Sealskinz purchases, my positive opinion is beginning to wane.”

“I cannot write about your product because I never received it. After over three weeks of waiting, I canceled my order as I was very upset at the time it was taking to deliver it. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous!! When I first contacted you about the product, you said you were going to get a hold of the carrier. I waited a whole day and nobody ever got back to me or checked with the carrier. My guess is that order is still lost somewhere and nobody’s doing anything about it. I don’t know how you can try to sell products with a month or more of delivery time My God it was just a pair of mittens and I can’t believe it takes that long to ship a pair.”
