The crackling of whatever you’ve used to make it waterproof is awful. I should have read the reviews before buying it. I took the tag off before realising it set my sensory processing issues off. £35 for a hat with what sounds like a cheap plastic bag in it is a joke

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sealskinz regarding my recent order. I placed it on October 15, and it was marked as delivered on October 22, yet I have not received my package. Despite reaching out to customer service several times, I am constantly directed to wait for updates from the courier, GLS, without any solid resolution in sight. This lack of accountability and the long wait for meaningful assistance have left me frustrated. I expected Sealskinz to manage the issue directly, considering the order was placed with them. Instead, the burden has been placed on me to follow up on something that should have been handled by the company. I hope this matter is resolved soon, but I am currently dissatisfied with the service provided.

Recently purchased a waterproof hat which is not at all waterproof after a days fishing I was soaked purchased gloves as well measured my hands as per instructions they didn't fit and don't make any larger sizes

I'm sure the quality of the products is amazing, however I couldn't receive the items that I bought because the delivery from UK to UE took more that 3 weeks

As it was unclear from the online description of your mittens as to whether or not they had finger inserts I phoned before purchasing and was told definitely no finger inserts. They arrived and did have finger inserts so useless for me. I specifically asked the girl if she was familiar with the products and she confirmed she was! Annoying customer non-service :(

I ordered a pair of socks 3.5 weeks ago and still have not received. Brutal. Update: 1 hr after I posted they had the issue resolved and new pair on order.

I bought sealskins gloves that were advertised as waterproof for an Alaskan hunt. I wore them in moderate rain for several hours the first day and they soaked completely through and would not dry for several days. They were NOT WATERPROOF by any stretch of the imagination. Also, I wear size large in gloves. I could hardly fit my hands into these gloves. I am very disappointed and would like my money back.

I bought them for one thing and I couldn’t use them for my military cours because they came 2 days late, I was already gone. It was written on your site that the sock were available and 2 days later you message that it was an error you don’t have anymore. Come on I don’t have for these kind of things. The socks are really good tho I love them

We’re not waterproof - wore on the golf course and feet were wet within an hour - have returned both pairs for a refund.

I purchased your product weeks ago and it was supposed to be delivered at the end of April. My product still has not arrived. I emailed customer service 1 week ago and they said they would look into the issue with the delivery courier and have not given me any further updates. I need these urgently for some ocean sailing I am starting soon and am not impressed. If the product does get delivered I will be able to amend my review to accurately reflect the quality of the product. I. Can only comment at this stage on the lack of delivery of my product and poor follow up from customer service.

Hi ! I have placed my order on Sunday, Apr 21, 1:07 PM. Estimated delivery time was 6 to 8 working days. Today is May 10, and I still waiting for my products to be delivered, but they seem to be somewhere in Belgium. Tomorrow I will start my yachting trainging camp and my equipment is incomplete :( I have used before your products and I appreciate the quality, but please solve the delivery issues. Regards, F
