“The goods are in good quality and very competitive prices. The customer service is very responsive. The only issue is the courier service by FedEx (as my purchase includes flammable goods). They claimed to have delivered the goods which was not true. Though signature was required, FedEx failed to give any proof of delivery. After reporting missing, FedEx drivers kept failing to show up at scheduled delivery time. They claimed that no one accepted delivery while we were at home all the time. At the end , I needed to pick up the package at a FedEx station 30 minutes away. Unfortunately, for certain products, delivery by FedEx is the only option.”
