“Ordered blue stuff and had it delivered. Got stolen from my letter box as postman didn't push it in. So, no idea what the product is like.”

“Order was correct and shipped as promised. Only disappointment was that Royal Mail sent it to the wrong hub and it arrived two days late. Not Sclae Models fault.”

“Nice and easy process to order and I like the facility to request a notification when items are back in stock. Items arrived well packed and happy to order again. The only reason for just 4 stars is due to the delivery process. I received a 4 hour window from Royal Mail so ensured I stayed at home. They eventually delivered the parcel 24 hours later. Not impressed with the service from Royal Mail, and not uncommon in my experience unfortunately.”
