“Great service as usual 👍 My items were dispatched quickly and came well packed. I really like the tracked Royal Mail service used which allows me to redirect my parcel to a different address or Post Office if I’m not going to be at home to take delivery.”

“Ordering was easy, and the items arrived well packed and as described. Sadly Fedex kept the items sitting in their depot for an extra day, but I don't think that was Scale Models Shop's fault. Without the day's delay the score would have been 5*.”
